HOT OIL CIRCULATION (WITH PUMPING) UNIT

BVOEL provides hot oil units that are designed to circulate heated fluid (Crude, Thermal Chemicals & Brine) such as into piping, tubing, tanks or casing for a range of reasons, such as removal of tar based oils and paraffin's. Unit come up with accessories such as data acquisition unit, equipment and connections required for hot oil and pumping services to heat the Oil flow-lines, tubing and casing in flowing, pumping or gas-lift wells including dual and triple completions. HOC Services also endeavour positive pressure testing of pipelines, tubing and casing and production packer setting if required. Also, necessitates the need of steaming short lines, vessels or tubing on racks. Job may also involve dewaxing of well with the usage of heated brine as serviced by HOCU.

NITROGEN PUMPING UNIT

The complete unit consists of cryogenic centrifuge booster, triplex high pressure and low temperature reciprocating pump, diesel engine heat recovery high pressure liquid nitrogen vaporizer and many more. Max allowable working pressure of liquid nitrogen pump is 10,000 psi with max. nitrogen capacity at 90% pumping efficiency is 180,000SCFH. Discharge nitrogen temperature under maximum pressure and maximum capacity is 41 degrees F to 104 degrees F at all flow rates under any climatic condition or temperature. NPU follows a process of compressing low pressure liquid nitrogen to a max. high pressure of 10,000 psi and then vaporized to high pressure nitrogen gas and squeeze in high injected into well.

FLUID PUMPER UNIT

Fluid Pumping unit is capable of holding, mixing and pumping well servicing fluids into oil and gas wells. The unit is equipped with displacement tanks, centrifugal pumps, and triplex pump with necessary connections efficient enough to fulfil the clients requirement. Circulation medium may be water, formation water, foam and other viscous nitrified gel etc. based on requirement.

Triplex pump of pumping unit is operated at maximum working pressure of 10,394 psi having discharge rate greater than 75 GPM and suitable for handling water, saline water, different acids, crude oil, HSD etc.

CHEMICAL INJECTION DOSING UNIT
